Wedding Photography by Amy Barton bio picture
  • My name is Amy and I live in Greenwich, London. Originally from Manchester, I travel up and down the UK photographing my happy couples as I go. I live, love and breathe photography!

I like to think that I offer a contemporary and innovative approach to producing natural and exciting images which tell the stories from your wedding day. Getting to know my couples a little prior to the wedding will also result in stronger imagery as you will both feel comfortable with my presence and totally at ease.

Always seeking to be as creative and inspiring as possible; I am very passionate about what I do. Enjoy looking through my website and please get in touch if you would like to meet; that way you can have a good flick through some of my albums and we can chat all things weddings together!

Serine and Patrick Engagement Shoot

Last Saturday the sun was shining in London and so off I went to meet Serine and Patrick for their engagement shoot. They have plans to marry in Singapore in May 2013 and so they wanted to have a little reminder of their London lives to take home with them. We started at their apartment in Angel and then dashed over to St.James Park in the heart of London. Serine and Patrick had carefully selected one or two props to incorporate into their images; the chalkboards are a definite favourite of mine! After a quick change we then strolled to Big Ben, crossed Westminster Bridge and finished our day together at the London Eye. We had heaps of fun and I really do wish them all the best for when they jet back home later this year and tie the knot next May . . .

Amanda and Gary

On Friday the 20th April I travelled to Manchester to share in Amanda and Gary’s wedding day . . . and what a day we had! The newlyweds looked radiant all day long and beamed from head to toe. My day began with Mandy at her mum’s and then we dashed over to the church in Walkden for the ceremony. After a slightly drizzly morning, no brollies were needed in the end which meant we managed to stop off at the pretty cobbled bridge in Worsley before heading on to the Marriott. The sun even decided to come out to play when organising the group shots which was a bonus. I really did enjoy my day and as Amanda and Gary are good friends too there were a few familiar faces in the wedding party. I could hardly resist joining in the celebrations long into the night with the new Mr and Mrs Unsworth. I was so spoilt for choice when it came to deciding which ones to include in this ‘sneaky peek’ . . . I hope you both love them as much as me!
